Joseph Creed has seven years experience as counsel to both close corporations and C corporations. He has been and continues to be on the board of directors of both technology firms and real estate brokerages in and around Southern California and Nevada as well as having been a shareholder and officer in a technology firm for four years. Prior to this, Mr. Creed was employed as an applications engineer and project manager in both the mechanical engineering fields and in the Information and Technology fields for three years each.

Mr. Creed received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1994 and his J.D. from Whittier College School of Law in 1998 and is completing an MBA from the University of Califonia, Irvine. He is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Assoication.

Mr. Creed is admitted to practice law in both California and Virginia and is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada.
